Red series, came about through my love of abstraction, the way simple painting can carry meaning through when and how the painting was made. I think of Flow when I look at this series of paintings, when time seems to stand still, when every decision I am making feels right, when I’m lost in the moment and completely present to whatever it is I’m doing.
